Objectives

• Improve access to quality education for all students.
• Build self-esteem and high moral standards in children, youth, and adults.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Be indigenes of Uwheru Town, Ughelli-North LGA of Delta State.
• Have completed secondary school in Uwheru, Ughelli-North LGA of Delta State.
  
• Have attained a minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO, including English Language and Mathematics in no more than 2 sittings.
• Currently be enrolled in second year in an accredited public federal/state university in Nigeria (students in Polytechnic are not eligible).

HOW TO APPLY

• Download and complete the application form.
• Send scanned original copies of the following documents in one email to yomaadjekpiyedefoundation@gmail.com with the subject 2025 University Scholarship Scheme:
  • WAEC/NECO result
  • JAMB result
  • University or JAMB Admission Letter
  • Current passport photograph
  • Certificate of Identification of Local Government Area of Origin
  • Guarantor’s written consent of good conduct of the applicant from any of the following persons from the applicant’s community/clan:
    • Chairman of the LGA.
    • First class traditional ruler
    • Reputable Clergy
  • Completed Application form
• Submit the completed form and documents to your school principal.
